July 8, 2007

President Elton Horn called the meeting to order.

The secretary’s report was read and approved.

The Treasurer’s Report was read and approved as the following:

Discussion of new format for reunion. Majority liked not having to bring so much and having paper goods, some beverages and meat supplied by the committee. It was also voted to reimburse the committee for their expenses this year.

The Shirley Ascani and Clark Mensch families will host next year’s reunion to be held Sunday, July 13, 2008 at 12:00 noon.

Betty Jane Hartzell will reserve the park.

The meeting was adjourned.

President Elton Horn offered prayer, the playing of the Star Bangled Banner and the race to the food table began!

It was a hot sunny day with a record high of 112 people in attendance!
