Officers:
After some discussion about how long a “term” for an officer was. Some thought it was two years, other thought there was not definite term and does the vice president move up or is there an election? However, since Raymond Hartzell was the president last year that left Earl Mensch free to remain president for next year whether there was a term of 2 years or not.
The officers will remain unchanged for next year.
President: Earl Mensch
Vice President: Elton Horn
Secretary: Lynn Coyle
Treasurer: Suzanne Sartini
Several people in the group approved the officers.
The Mensch’s are in charge of organizing next year’s reunion.
A thank you went out to the Hartzell's for organizing this year’s reunion.
The meeting was adjourned.
The Blessing
Elton Horn gave the blessing.
Food:
Everyone brought a covered dish – main dish and / or desserts.
There was already far too much food before the Horn’s broke out the two full size sheets cakes to celebrate Lenora Horn’s 90th birthday.
Entertainment:
There was bingo and tons of bingo prizes including a really cool bird feeder.
Toys were handed out to the younger children.
There was also a cakewalk with lots of delicious looking desserts.
